How should I prepare for my first treatment?

Comfort. Hydration. Intention. Whether you've chosen an aura healing, vibrational therapy, life activation, or crystal healing session, you'll want to arrive to your session in comfortable clothes.  Depending on the session, you may be lying on a massage table, sitting in a chair, standing, or any combination of these positions. 

Drink plenty of water before and after the session.  Especially with Vibrational Sound Therapy, being well-hydrated can help the vibrations penetrate into the body's tissues for maximum benefit.  

Bring an open mind and an intention of what you'd like to heal during the session. Your intention can be to simply relax or you may have something more specific in mind.  Don't worry if you're not sure---we can chat at the beginning of the session to come up with one together. 

How will I feel after the session?

No matter which type of session you choose, we hope you feel relaxed and rejuvenated, allowing your body's own Inner Wisdom to shine. 

There is no right or wrong way to experience any of the modalities we offer.  You may feel energetic or slightly tired after a session.  You may feel grounded or may feel "spacey"- like your head is in the clouds. You may feel emotional or you may have some "aha" moments that you want to record in a journal.  

After a session, be sure to drink plenty of water.  We can move a lot of energy around and through the body during a session and drinking water can help clear any toxins or energetic debris out of your system.

If you are feeling "spacey" or woozy after a session, let us know.  Drinking water, resting, and eating something can help you feel grounded again.
