Join us as we harness the potent energy of the Full Moon to assist in releasing what no longer serves you; allowing you to shift into readiness for new beginnings. Kristina and Angie will guide you through gentle movement, meditation, and a sound healing experience. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and more! Together we'll take a journey to release energetic blockages and find deep relaxation and healing. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, whatever will make you comfortable to rest on the floor and receive the vibrations.
