Sound Healing with Angie and Kristina

Service Description

September... apples and shorter days, corn mazes and... sound baths! Join Kristina, Angie and Sharon for a sound healing experience as we slowly move toward autumn. We will gather at Sharon's home in Shoreview on Sunday evening, September 8. Arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 to prepare for the experience of gentle movement, meditation and a sound bath starting at 5pm. Following the sound bath experience, we will share a meal and conversation upstairs. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, whatever will make you comfortable to rest on the floor and receive the vibrations. Please let us know when you register if a chair is more relaxing than the floor, there is some seating available. PLEASE NOTE: this special event will take place in Shoreview, MN. After registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the location address.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life these days an be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for a courtesy of a 24 hour notice, if possible. If you are sick or feeling under the weather, we ask that you do not come to your appointment and contact us to reschedule. We are happy to accommodate you at a later date.
